Ainscoughs first team duties look done unless of an injury now then.

Same 19 as last week then.

The 17 will depend on Tommy and Carmonts injuries.

I would pick the same 17 but its a shame there will be no ainscough.

His defence is a liability, as much as his attack is fantastic. I wouldn't put him in there.

Same for me too, even though I think Tomkins and McIlorum will be out at the expense of Hansen and Riddell.

Carmont was very heavily strapped an Saturday, and Hock will need a rest soon.

Tommy's knee was strapped too from the kick off.
Any players carrying knocks will be rested for the Salford games.

especially if piggy has done his hamstring he could do with a run out in the reserves first.

I would be happy to win 38-36 than loose 6-4 so i would have him in every time. i no he is learning and the only way to learn 1st rugby is by playing SL

The Salford league game is the game for us to be looking at resting Sam Tomkins, Hock, Carmont ect and giving Ainscough, Hansen and Flanagan a go.

Carmont got a dead leg.

The above players mite get a game as a couple of england players mite be in paris playing against the frenchmen.

They could be for the Celtic game.

I hope Smith is sensible enough to not take too many players from one club. I know they all won't get picked but if you consider he could pick Ainscough, Gleeson, S Tomkins, Coley, Fielden, Hock, O'Loughlin and J Tomkins that would leave us very short



If it is experimentle though he won't pick too many Saints or Leeds players so we could be looking at losing a couple.

i know its going abit off topic, but i couldnt miss fozzards name in the 19 for hull, i wonder if he will get pulled by the ref for leading with the arm or the legs

What do you mean? There's nothing wrong with Fozzard's running technique......

Right..but what about losing 36-38 or something? I think he needs a bit more practise in the reserves first to get his technique (or lack of) sorted out. Especially when we are able to cover that position. Just MHO though.

Saying that though I hope to see him back in the first team very soon.
