Considering these players are playing for places when we have injuries they dont look interested

I am wondering why we arent gelling our new half back pairing ?

Surely they need as much game time as possible to be up to speed.

Theres still three games left so i can understand that, but it looks liek this is more about defence as in attack they are not putting any moves on

What im not liking is in dfence they are not keeping switched on after the contact resulting in a number of the tries, admittedly this is a full strength leigh side but i would still expe3ct the wigan players to be doing things right in defence which they are not

So far they arent exactly covering themselves in glory.

After watching the game at leigh think that we will struggle at 6,7 and 9 if we have injuries.

I thought only Greg Burke of Wigan really showed up today.
I was disappointed with Wigans starting front row of Dudson, Tomkins and Taylor, and as you say that gave the Leigh pack dominance. They also exploited the inexperience on Wigans right edge (Burgess a winger playing centre and Manfreddi)

You mentioned the Wigan 6 & 7, but I think you're being a little harsh. Powell had to pull out through injury leaving Hampshire, normally a 6 to fill in at 7 and Carberry normally a hooker or back row to fill in at 6.

Just another point have you ever seen a game where a team has not been awarded a single penalty in the match?

With regards to this 'partnership' we have with Leigh and dual registration.

Does it work both ways? i.e. If we had an injury to a first team player in a key position could we 'borrow' such a player from Leigh as cover?

With this in mind how would the Leigh fans feel if this happened? On one hand your player gets SL experience and allows him to develop, but leaves Leigh short for a number of weeks.
