This week Leeds Rhinos will be facing a club that has a whole different culture. Wigan Warriors play a win-at-all-costs type of game that has sent shivers down the spines of decent rugby fans across the whole sport. The most shameful moment last season came when menacing Gareth Hock gouged another player's eye during their 39 - 12 loss to Warrington. On top of all that Wigan have brought a catalogue of ignominy with a player swearing on national TV, bad-intentioned tackling and a mean-spirited approach to the game, to name a few.

Dishonest Wigan don’t even deserve to be on the same pitch as the future World Club Champions. But that’s the joy of rugby league because we fans will get to see the battle between good and evil for a full eighty minutes. The rugby gods are no doubt by now fallen angels and can no longer use the power from the heavens to gift Wigan ungodly results. All deals with the Devil were done during the 2010 season when Wigan became Super League champions and the 2011 Challenge Cup winning finalists. Since that cup final victory Wigan have appeared to be a soulless team that has struggled.

It’s a given that Leeds will absolutely annihilate Wigan at the DW stadium on Saturday. Sam Tomkins is far too distracted by the recent glamour that has popped into his life to produce a display that would threaten Leeds. Even Ryan Hall outshone him at international level and will continue to outshine him later on this week. The rest of the Wigan team don’t have many more good games in them against serious opposition. Throughout this season we will all witness the little of what’s left of the Melbourne-esque legacy brought to Super League by Michael Maguire.

The only request I have for the Leeds fans who are travelling to the game is, take some holy water. It should ward off any evil attempts by Wigan to be victorious in this fixture.

The bit that amused me the most was this (presumably unintentional) insult to Ryan Hall. Genius.

He's a well known "character" on the Sin Bin and Leeds Forum, And it saddens me to say that he is being serious.

It's stuff like this that makes you look like an absolute tool when your team inevitably loses!

No harm in being provocative, that's what these sort of forums are all about after all but to get away with stuff like this you really have to be a) funny or b) a much, much better writer than this chap. Poor.

I'll make whatever statements I want before a match and if there prove to be wrong then so be it. I'm certainly not going to dwell and I’m definitely not going to be a bad sport when my team loses.

All the best to your team for the rest of the season. I shall next be in Wigan for my all expenses paid radio dancing tour in the coming months ahead.

no amount of sucking up will take away from how stupid that article really is and if a Wiganer wrote that about Leeds it would be interesting to see what peoples reaction would be.

Stick to videoing yourself sleeping and hitting yourself on the head with a brick. ( actually, in the matter of health and safety, maybe it's better you don't, wouldn't want you missing and hurting some innocent bystander)

I am however very intrigued about your radio dancing tour that is coming up, is it people dressed up as radio's dancing around? or is there more to it than that?

I just think it's funny (and sad of course) the way hate-mongering little pipsqueaks like him always set themselves up as a voice of the people. Note, our behaviour has sent a shiver down the spine of the fans across 'the whoile of rugby league'.

I've noticed more than a few idiots who claim to speak for their club's support base, but the Rhinos' resident buffoon has gone the whole hog and apparently speaks for every 'decent person' (

) in the entire game.

Wouldn't it be great if just one of these scrotes was honest for once and appended his statement with "in my humble, and extremely twisted, bitter and jealous opinion, which my doctor advises me stems from an all-consuming inferiority complex".
