First preliminary game was last night, where Shevington beat Spring View 32-12.

Next preliminary is New Springs v Hindley this Saturday before the quarter finals start next Tuesday.

St Patricks v Ashton (12th May 7:30pm)
St Judes v New Springs/Hindley (14th May 7:30pm)
Shevington v Wigan Bulldogs (15th May 3:00pm)

Semi finals take place on 23rd/24th May, with the final on Sunday 6th June. All games take place at Ince Rose Bridge.

I would say so, hope not as I would love to play in it but the 1/4 Final is Friday and its going to be impossible to get it played before then.

Judes won 38-26 (I think) after trailing 18-0 early on.

Yeh Judes won lastnight 38-26 i think the final score was. We were 26-6 up at half time, ref was attrocious for both teams i think he disallowed about 7 tries between us throughout the game, very good game considering Hindley have come from division 5 and Judes are right up there at the top. Well done to Wigan Bulldogs aswel again from division 5 pushing a top team all the way.

dont want to take anything away from the bulldogs cause they played really well but that ref today didn't have a clue one bit

The game didn't flow for more than 5 mins and the fact some guy was on the side line telling him what to give through an ear piece was shocking

Why is that shocking? Regular practice, two pairs of eyes are better than one. Don't tell me you think the guy on the sidelines was standing there refereeing the game, he'll just be giving advice.

The Ref today was nothing short of farcical!

The game really was stop start but I don't think the players helped this with some pretty dire skill levels on show. Having said that the ref did make some strange decisions, at one point after a spate of sinbins and a sending off he went for his pocket again, stopped and after holding his earpiece seemed to think better of it. Bob (the bloke on the side lines) got that one right and I'm not sure he would have given the other two sendings off in the game either.

I agree about the players but they only started doing that cause of the poor reffing
