| Your best player last night by a distance. Only one who showed any threat at all.

| thought he had a decent game, he wern't out best player though, that player was stood on the wing and is a young wigan lad! if shaun can sort out some of his timing in defence- which will come, he will be a seriously dangerous player.

| I thought Shaun Ainscough was our best player too.
That break he made by the touch line in the second half was fantastic. He had no right to still be on he feet and then be free from defenders, not many players would have been able to do that.

| So Tommy was the only player who showed any threat at all.
Oh ... apart from Hock who crossed the whitewash twice, on both occasions splitting the Leeds defence apart. And Ainscough, who crossed once and came pretty close twice.

| hock had one of his cold days!
im sure when that woman wrote that song about being hot and cold it was aimed at gareth hock!
one week he is world class, one week he is poor. i'd of took hocky off last night after the first couple of errors and let him cool down, joel tomkins was doing all the gritty work in the second row so we would of been sound.
it was a bad day at the office generally.

| To be fair to hock, he could easily have got a couple of pens in the first half for having the ball ripped, but instead loses possession.
I think he's one of those players who refs make an assumption on because he has a reputation for offloading.
He still ran in hard and on the right angles.

I thought he played excellent yet again, but for me Tommy was our main and to be honest our only threat when going forward.

Two of which were clearly stripped out and should have been penalties.

| Tommy played well yesterday i have to agree his broken play running is one of his major attributes with the quality step he has. He also put in a few good delayed passes.
I still don’t think he’s a SH tho his talents would fit so well at nine but the major problem is imo Mcilorum is playing well also?

| I also thought Tommy was our best player last night. His passing game has improved massively since last year. His cut-out ball to put Ainscough in just before half-time was fantastic.

Hes a loose cannon and a loon ball.....sadly he just doesnt have the brain to play. Wrong after wrong decision.....mistake after mistake....Stevo summed him up on sky when he said 'only a man called gaz hock could do that' when he offloaded madly behind the line!! He was one of the main reasons we were 18-0 down in as many minutes.
Wigan will not win anything as long as that idiot is playing....we seriously need to get shut

Not as stupid as Gaz Hock....or anybody who thinks he is actually good.....best second rower in the game some wigan fans would have you believe!!!! hes about as good as players like ellis / wilkin's left testicle....come to think of it....if his brain was as big as a testicle he might be half decent!!!
Hes a liability in the side....a guarenteed 2-3 penalties and knock ons per game, doesnt know when to and when not to offload, often to the teams detriment, and is the biggest cause for our bad performances as you'll see.
Ship him in the reserves and stick mossop on!!

Or how about when he gained international selection?

| Hock is a good player...and can be brilliant for us. Equally though he can be absoloutly sh*te at times. If he had a brain he would be the best in the world IMO.

| Ive never been Tommy's biggest fan. Ive always thought hes been too hit and miss. when hes good, hes excellent but when he isnt, hes awful. But to his credit, I think he has been superb this season despite our results
Ill go along with him being our best player at Leeds. Along with Ainscough
