I agree with Nicky Kiss we should run a team in the Championship, as should the others interested in a reserve team. The teams running a ‘B Team’ should get extra on the salary cap, players can move to and from the top team to the B Team. If we follow the Spanish rules with regards to promotion and relegation it could work. It would improve player development as a B Team is much more preferable to dual registration. Keeping a player in his usual surroundings and playing alongside those he trains with has to be better than training with one team and playing with another.
