| Played four matches for Wigan during World War Two. Started at Newtown Legion ARLFC - so probably was local to Newtown. Does anybody know anything about this former player? Info required for Heritage Website. Bilko had no knowledge of the chap. Thanks.

| It could well be that he played matches for Wigan. During WW2 players were allowed to play for any club and I remember watching Tommy Bradshaw play for Saints although I doubt it is recorded on the Saints heritage site.

| AB He did play for Wigan. On Bilko's site.
SW The great Tommy Bradshaw is on SHS.
Really after his date of birth. Cannot find any Harvey Nicholson but there was a Wiganer Harry Nicholson who fits the bill.
Thanks for reading.
