If you're referring to the forward pass, I thought Bateman held as much responsibility for it. Charnley was unmarked and Bateman should have had threw a long pass to him but instead hit Gelling who wasn't in a position to move the ball on well. Gelling forces the pass because he knows Charnley is unmarked but shouldn't have had to in the first place.
Gelling is a great character though, some of his videos are hilarious.
