Great game, your attacking game was superb, well done Wigan wire its all good for rugby league, cant wait for the next one.

Just a shame that the BBC didnt really advertise the game then stuck it on BBC 2 out of the way before hiding all the post match stuff behind the red button!!

Well they couldn't not show 'Flog it' could they?

They're more into american football style rugby league though - Scoots and easy yards against poor defences and forward passes! They don't like intricate eductate rugby breaking down defences - its too clever for their little minds.

How anyone can call that game boring is beyond me. It was the best game of rugby for a number of years and had it been at wembley would have been up there with 85 as the greatest ever cup final.

The first try was nothing short of mecurial and unfortunately says alot about the state of the game that wigan and wire are the ONLY two clubs in superleague who would be capable of scoring that try, and a number of the other ones on that day!

Madge was right in the WEP this week and it showed yesterday. That game was NRL standard or better yesterday, and wigan and wire are in a league of their own streets ahead of anything else.

Hi Wigan fans, after getting over my dissapointment at losing yesterday's game, just wanted to come on here and say well done for a hard fought win, and above all, what a bloody good game it was to watch. I was watching with a football fan and by half time he was converted.
