In Hoffmans recent blog he dedicates a good percentage of it towards the mention of Storm and the NRL. Does this pretty much show that hes going at the end of the season?

Agreed. It would take a massive cock up by Melbourne in their calculations for him to extend his stay with us. I'm sure they have it covered.

I'd love him to stay another year but he wont sadly so hopefully with the rest of the season and the pre-season Hock will be able to take his place. He wasnt a million miles behind Hoffman before his ban so I'm sure he can reach near the same quality I'd love him to equal hoffman but I dont think he will I think Faz has a chance though if he continues at present rate and starts being played again :S

its very difficult to compare hoff and hock, as they are 2 very different players.
hoff will neve be able to physically hurt and intimidate a team the way gaz can, but then hock will never be an 80 min controlling player.
the back row is all about mixing the right trio, and thankfully we have a good variety now. it will be interesting to see who will take the hoff role next year, but gaz hock was NEVER in the frame (faz potentially, but he's a couple of years away yet)
