Dont really care so much about having to share it with Whelans part-time hobby.
Them flirting around the Primadonna League for a few years, has probably benefitted us in some ways as well.
Certainly with more cash being spent of the playing surface.
I'm not even fussed about moving fixtures. I support Wigan RL - Anytime / anywhere!
And there's no doubt that without us joining Whelans merry throng and propping up the stadiums costs, whilst he funded his new toy, there simply would never have been a JJB Stadiium in the first place.
With the Statics core fanbase? Even Orrell would have been too big for them!
As a matter of fact it amuses me no end that now they are in the 'big league', they are still utterly obsessed by us and take great pride in the fact that we are 'their' 'tenants'.
