Quote ="Sibbs Rhinos"He would be starting no doubt, as-well as Eastwood and Leului (sp) so really Peacock, Sinfeild, Donald, Delaney, Ablett, Eastwood Leului, and watkins who was meant to replace Donald. So yes at least 7 definite first teamers were injured!'"
Ablett and Watkins.....
now i know your scraping the barrell. If Ablett has been first teaming for you men this season then it shows how weak you are this season and that the salary cap is biting!!!
Granted id forgot Eastwood but Leuleui is the same sort of player for you men as feka is for us.
So therefore comparing like for like and who would be out if it was for us........... Captain/ kicker/ playmakers = O'loughlin, Richards, Sam Tomkins, top front rower - Coley- same as peacock. Impact front rower - Feka - same as leuleui, Centre - Gleeson= delaney Hansen = Eastwood Tuson = ablett Ainscough = Watkins. plus acadamy lads who were not counting
We could still put out the following side.
Phelps
Roberts
J Tomkins
Carmont
Goulding
Deacon
Leuleui
Fielden
Riddell
O'Carroll
Prescott
Mossop
Bailey
------------
McIllorum
Vievers or if we must Pryce
Farrell
Davies
Yeah not a bad injury crisis but certainly not devastaing like you make out. You had 5 regular first teamers out if your honest and with a half decent squad should have been able to easily re-jig as wigan could have done.
Perhaps the relative strength in depths of the squads will be what tells come end of season time
Lets be honest, that team above would be good enough to beat most in the league and would have certainly put up a better fight than u men on fri. If having 5 regulars out shows anything it shows your squad is v threadbare IMO and not the 'Championship Squad' you like to make out!
EDIT: Just realised that squad is actually another player down than you had out as i've listed the kicker as richards and playmaker as tomkins, when in fact your kicker and playmaker was only one player injured!
