While i agree it is a fantastic step the logistics would worry me a little, regards his time at Wigan. My understanding is that when a player goes on loan to a part time team they train with the club on a part time basis ie when going through team prep but spend the rest of the time with the parent club, my only concern would be his contact time with Wigan could be reduced due to the need to travell. I am sure this will have been sorted though and another positive step for Wigan, I am a little suprised he could not have remained in SL to be honest, but i am sure it will still do him the world of good and help bridge the gap between reserves and SL.
bring him back after his loan spell and he should be ready for 1st team action.....hes an outstanding young prospect whom i rate very highly....noble should give him a chance later in the year!!!!!!!!!!
