Zero points would mean we miss out on the playoffs

This is almost as one sided as the old Mathers poll. A bit obvious imo, option 1.

I am geniunely shocked by the poll results.


Play well all year and fail to hit form in the playoffs means you get NOTHING out of the season.

That to me is unacceptable, but clearly it is acceptable to the majority on here. You live and learn.

Neither should be planned for. Any coach that isn't planning to win every game should look for another job.

Coaches/boards of directors/fans that say 'it's okay, we'll be in form by the play-offs' are saying 'we've started badly'. Nothing more.
