Does anyone know if you pay for a full year up front (including the off-season months) if you still need to pay that wretched membership fee'?

If you call the membership a season ticket in your brain it is the same thing!

Whether you pay up front or monthly you still have to pay a joining fee first up. It's a bitch but there is no way around it.

I have to say it has all got rather expensive and although In don't mind the hike in the adults pricing but it's the Concession Members that are £100 extra from last year - baring in mind all other clubs, AFAIK, charge a fiver for U19's. Multiplied by 3 concessions and add the Joining fee on top for everyone that's already an extra £400. I think it'll only be me coming down this year & the kids will have to miss out save for a few walk up tickets. Shame.

I think it's 15-19s that are hammered. Under 14s are £1 for first 2 games so probably no point in membership till April

If you havent bought your membership yep then I would ring the ticket number as our family ticket offer has just been amended to 2 Adults + 3 concessions for £30. If yours is the same then you will all get in for £30 for the next 2 games.

Might even be that it was what was intended all along as the standard Hive family ticket is 2 adults and 3 concessions.

Hi newbie here, can you just turn up the day of the game and pay, or do you have to have this membership. Just wondering me and a mate fancy coming along to some games. Just can't commit to all home games. oh and hi everybody.

You can definitely pay on the day. It's better to pay online in advance and have the ticket emailed to you so you can just show the scanner your QR code on your smartphone (If you have one).

If you're going to a few games then the £2pm membership gives you 15% off and if you are going to most games then the Bronco membership gives you around 30-40% off.

If you have any kids going then the first 2 games have a decent deal of 2 Adults and 3 Concessions (U19s, Students and OAPs) for £30 but it's only available by ringing the ticket office 0208 381 3800.

Even if you buy by telephone then it's easier to have the tickets emailed than posted.

And a big welcome to you also and hope you enjoy the experience. The way the weather is going i fear it will be played on mud so you may see the ball being dropped a bit more than usual.

I can't guarantee this but the Hive has one of the best drainage systems in the country and the pitch is sand based and so virtually impossible to water log. It is highly unllikely to be muddy regardless of how bad the weather is. Saying that I think tomorrow will really test it and 'llI report back after Barnets Tamworth game on Sat.

This was our last home game and at no time did standing water appear. Most other games were called off or halted during the storm. It was funny watching all the people in the posh seats run for cover

Cheers for the reply, used to play abit in my younger days. saw them play at the valley many years ago. even played against a reserve/youth side at the at the copthill. always looked out for the results and much prefer league over union. like i said me and my mate can't make every home game, just the website isn't very clear on pay on the day.

If you decide to buy seated tickets I would avoid East Stand and first 6-8 rows of west stand if you prefer to stay dry as the roof does not fully cover them.
