All our own stupidity again. In front and we start making stupid unforced errors when we should have just kept it simple, dont panic and controlled the ball.

It'll be interesting to hear the viewpoint of the Broncos fans that were there but the Hull commentators did say we went away from our game

Ah well, if i'd known that Gower wasn't playing, I guess I'd have been happy with a draw.

Still, let's take the positives out of the game (and sounds like there were some) and move on.

We were the better team for 70 minutes of the game. Robertson and Sarginson went down with cramp, so they were probably running on embers. We did get a bit shonky down the right side of defence towards the end. It coincided with JOC coming, but as I was on the other side of the pitch, that may have been a coincidence. Cook and Clubb played well, a good forwards performance.

A point is one point more than half the teams playing this weekend will get, and we played well in our black shirt-blue shorts combination.

I wanted to say that while it would easy to get angry about them not taking advantage of a winning position, that it was still a really good performance. It was freezing cold and the pitch was as bad as I've ever seen it (puddles everywhere), but the handling was remarkably good until the last ten minutes and the commitment was strong throughout. Sure, there were bad decisions at the end that lost us possession, but Hull were worse. So, disappointment about the result, but a really good effort and a (rare) reminder of the skills and passion that hooked me on the game in the beginning. Cheer up, everyone.

Great game, commitment and passion in freezing snowy conditions. We were by far the better team and I think under such conditions their commitment and hard tackling would have left them tired in the last 10 mins. I dont mind the score because I saw plenty to lift the spirits and make me feel like we had a team out there. A win would have been better but no problems with the effort they showed today. Pitch was like a swimming pool in places and to make so few errors was uplifting to see

Did anyone hear the crowd numbers there was so much crowd noise today I missed it bit like the old days when we had something to cheer - wonderful

i wonder if the muddier, slower game suits the team better than a dry, sunny, fast one.

Thought this was a good effort given recent home games. Hull stepped up the pace half way through the second half and put us under pressure and forced errors.

Glad to hear it was a good effort from those who went, the fitness issues are still a concern though. Hopefully a similar effort for Thursday

As I have written before, London cannot win without Craig Gower. I have been proven correct once again.

Nevertheless for London to achieve a draw while Gowerless was a great achievement.

When was Gower injured last weekend? I don't recall seeing any posts about an injury.

Great effort from our boys. They looked like a real rugby league team. 1st Hull try was so far forward it could have been a quarter back pass. Gower wouldn't have let the team loose the lead if he was playing, but plenty to be positive about.

There wasn't much to choose between the sides in the first hour, London were the stronger team and had better position and possession and we took the few opportunities we had.

A piece of individual brilliance from Dixon and a powerful run from Cook was the only difference whilst Hull didn't really threaten except with their try. A 13+ gap for London would have probably settled it, but we did not really get into their half for the last twenty minutes.

Hull Fc were definitely on top for the last 20 minutes with a lot of off-loads. dominance in position and possession and making the metres that they had not for the first hour. This was partly down to their willingness to play adventurous football, perhaps greater fitness, one or two dubious calls, tiredness and fatigue from London and fact that we had several players not able to go back on added to the tiredness.

They were also buoyed by the non-stop work from Danny Houghton at Hooker exploiting the weaker marking and the realization that we had brought on one of the weakest defenders in the competition for the last ten minutes and who they could attack non-stop - which they did, gaining two tries in the end.

Obviously you cannot be grateful with a draw when you are winning with two minutes to go, but another few minutes and I believe we would have lost, such was the momentum shift.

Two wins and a draw from March is pretty reasonable but there have been plenty of missed opportunities against the weaker teams. However I believe the competition as a whole is weaker than in the past - in fact, far weaker - with a lack of quality players from the NRL over the past two to three years and the Australians here mainly in their early 30s.

I would only say that Wigan and Warrington are a class apart from us, whilst I would have been able to add in several more names in the past, so I can see us gaining more points against the bigger clubs and maybe staying outside the bottom three. Salford are guaranteed bottom, with Koukash talking about players like Tomkins and Morley but it is all PR - he is really just signing players from Hudderfield reserves.

In the next few months Tony can start to make signings of his own for next year and release all the players that Mac and Powell signed that he doesn't want, so that will cheer us up no end, I am sure.

Am I right in thinking the only person he was involved in the signing of this season was Tommy Lee?

Next season, should be interesting with signings then.
