Well they were definitely not swelled at Trailfinders lol, What you call 'shiny new Lego stadium' could be no worse! The last time we attracted fair crowds was at The Stoop, there is no reason that can't be done again, with the right marketing I remember The World Challenge matches at The Stoop, we used commercial radio to promote the games, I feel we have a better chance at Wimbledon, if correct, than our current base! But then I'm more a half full than negative half empty, until priced different!

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasnt there an agreement between DH and Ealings owner that if any work needed doing to ground if either party got promoted then work cost would be split between the two parties or did I dream this .....

I get the feeling franchising is the future and we are preparing for that. Be great to move to a decent sports stadium.

Completely agree it's fine to submit a submission, but nothing happens if not delivered! Licensing or franchising allows a club to be monitored, given warnings if they are not delivering!

Broadcasting fees are not going to even continue as they are currently, how do Super League plan to cover the loss, I doubt they even know!

We should never have gone into expansion out of the U.K., without establishing our game outside the M62 Corridor. Leigh is in walking distance of Wigan, that's not developing the sport.

jaybs, It was mention earlier in the year that Wigan Warriors were looking into playing at Leigh Sports Village.

From the start some were doubting the sense of toronto, others were convinced it was going to be the re birth of the game.
Without zombie disease would anything have been different? For me Toronto were already doomed to relegation, there owner would have walked at that point.
Newcastle shows a sensible approach to trying to expand the game, sadly leigh isnt, sadly London were not even in the running in reality. How they didnt go for toulouse i dont know. Ah well, lets see if leigh can stay up

The only plus side if they did stay up, is that another waste of SL space would get relegated, and despite nicking a larger share of the funding. Toulouse was such a logical option. Days like this really makes me wish SL would go belly up

A couple of things against Toulouse.
1) Betfred are not able to promote in France.
2) Issues over a TV deal in France.
