| I will support our club in any format, ground etc.
We have about 16 players signed up...
Robertson, Colbon, Caton-Brown, Little, Dixon, Witt, Woodburn-Hall, Krasniqi, Bishay, Dollapi, Rodney, McMeeken, Lovell
Subs: Grady, Wicks, Macani
If there is no club, I'm not sure what I'll do.
I don't know if I could support someone else, but I do like the North Wales Crusaders so I'd consider watching them I guess for the away trips which I like a lot.

| I would support a Broncos team if it (somehow) managed to resurrect itself but I wouldn't buy a Season Ticket. Only a total change of both coaching and management staff would give me the confidence to do that.

| Like I said we have been down a similar discussion path, so am going to be careful what I say, there are folk on here who have been through thick and thin, and been rl supporters for many a year, but just look at all the clubs round tye country that have won nothing, do their supporters desert them at the drop of a hat?

| As a Salford fan about this time last year it was starting to dawn on us that we might not have a club to support.
A few weeks later it was confirmed how bad the situation was and while it did divide opinions
ie the previous CEO and owner's the majority of fans vowed that if needs be we would form a fans club and play in the North West Counties League.
The fans raised something like 30K over a few short weeks over the Xmas period.
We knew in our hearts it was never going to be enough to save the club but it's better to try dying than just to give in.
When Marwan came in and saved the club he told a group of fans that during his negotiations he was close to walking away but said the one thing that stopped him was the enthusiasm of the fans to save the club. Now that could quite easily be spin but you must show any investor interested in the Broncos that you are worth saving and this debate really doesn't do that.
I don't want to sound like I'm telling you how to support your club but I am asking you to stop and think do you want your club to survive if so stick with them even if it means playing in the Championship or even on a park somewhere because once it goes the vast majority won't return
Even with all the hope Marwan has given us there are still people who say they will never return.
So hang in l really hope you find a saviour and if that means starting at the bottom then take a look at the Crusaders they now feel like a club that are getting back on track.

| bezzer well said!
Lots of folk on here are saying they will not support the team if its still run by the current CEO. I don't give a stuff who is running the club as long as I have a club to follow!
Lets see if we get a backer sorted lets get a team out there and lets get behind the team! If we don't have a team then hey ho we all go and watch our rugby elsewhere.

| The problem is that the DH/GM regime ran the club into the ground and unless there is a new regime with new ideas it will go nowhere and no-one will want to watch. From what I here there will probably be a Bronco team at the Hive next season.

Culture and Values used to be important ingredients in the make up of London broncos......nobody is deserting anything young Michael....but some are questioning the values and culture at the club.

| Values and culture, interesting comment, the club is being run poorly I agree does this mean the values are in doubt, unlike some other clubs in sl we have never been caught cheating the rules imposed by the sports governing body, when was last time we overspent on salary cap
I dont think values are an issue, culture maybe.

| I'm not sure I'll renew my season tickets if we're at The Hive, simply because it's not so great for me to get to. I could see myself going to some games though. I think the danger is that without a season ticket I'm less inclined to turn up if we produce the same sort of utter drivel we've produced for the last 2 years or so. There have been games over the last few years where all that's been on offer is the slapstick comedy value of our technical weaknesses. Having said that there have been the odd games where we've made a fist of it, and there have been some games I've genuinely enjoyed.
I actually enjoyed our little sojourn to Esher RFC because it was a bit of nostalgic throwback to pre-SL RL, it was a chilly evening and we were all packed together in a little wooden stand, I could smell the wintergreen, they had a proper bbq stall run by the club rather than the usual posh burgers for £10 a pop, and we were really unlucky not to get a win. It was like travelling back 30 years.

| Having just looked online, it would take me approximately an hour and a half to get to Barnet. Knowing what sort of Rugby was offered up as entertainment in the past three-five years, a three hour round trip to watch a side like that appeals little to me.
London Broncos are not my first club, nor are the London Skolars but the most local sides to me. As a fan of Rugby League and someone who is keen to see a game of Rugby League, I tend to go when I can. With the Broncos spending the last few years in Twickenham and offering up a dire attempt at playing the game, I've stayed away because of what is offered up and due to the fact that after a week at work, I'd be spending another four hours on a train to watch the Broncos get tonked. The Skolars on the other hand are an hour from home and although the standard of the games isn't Super League standard, I get to see two sides putting in a performance.
I know that my issue is partly down to travel but wherever the club lay their tent will not suit everyone due to the spread of people and lack of clubs but I would be prepared to travel to Barnet/Leyton/Twickenham (not Gillingham though) a few times a year if the standard offered by the Broncos was half decent.

| I really worry about the standard of player we will end up with now. Our fans will not come to watch more games of their team being smashed every week let alone attract new ones.

we are currently begging....sorry, negotiating for exemption from the Overseas quote and relegation.......that is a cultural thing, as is the total demolition of the lines of direct communication between the club and its fans.
Fans used to consider themselves an integral part of the club and in my opinion, rightly so......the cutting of these ties has contributed to the decline in match day attendances....in 2004 we achieved 3 more comp points than this year with 1 more game but still averaged 3,500.....losing is a ty experience for the fans, but at least we were losing TOGETHER!

| It seems as though many see watching the Broncos as they do visiting their Great Aunt Hilda at Christmas, it's totally , a painful few hours but they feel as though they must do it.
The fan experience is a big thing for 2014. If there is a 2014.

| I'm still relatively new to League and no way could I give up on the club. I understand what you are all saying about how it was different before, but I wasn't around then so the only way is up for me!
Plus The Hive is only an hour rather than 90mins.

| What values have the club got if they want to be exempt from the rules which govern the rest of SL relating to relegation and number of overseas players? To me such a move if it happens destroys any credibility, not only of LB but of the RFL in allowing such a rumoured rule to exist. What would the future look like if other clubs wanted to have the same exemption? In my opinion all common sense of fair play goes out of the window and I would feel very uncomfortable supporting such a club seeking this path. As it is the bond between club and supporter has been widening for the last couple of years and given this is part of management prerogative to take this action, then so be it, why should I still offer my full unfettered support? To me it is like my local pub putting up shutters, clearing out customers and offering poor service and drinks. If this was to happen I would go find another pub, one which valued my custom, something which LB have not done for a long time.
I would rather LB stepped down and rebuild.

| It would be appalling if the RFL granted such a dispensation.
This time last year when we (Salford supporters) were told by the then chairman that there was no guarantee we would start the next season the discussions were entirely around how can we raise enough money to keep "something" in place.
As everyone knows a knight in shining armour came galloping in and we played the entire season with youngsters and the rump of a side that had been plundered for what talent there was, generally getting thumped. BUT there was no dispensation from the RFL to recruit a bunch of expats over the quota.
I suppose the difference is that there is now the real prospect of relegation, but for me if the RFL bend the rules just in favour of LB it would devalue the whole competition.
All that said I genuinely wish you the best of luck and hope the Broncos survive.

| Has anyone stopped to ponder why we might be asking for such dispensation?
London cannot make up their squad with enough Northern players and we simply don't have enough youngsters of SL standard (or any, now that Clubb and co are off).
Don't know why people are getting their knickers in a twist about it....after all, we will not be signing anyone like Cronk and Slater. They'll all be players that no-one has heard of but that might be able to play to the required standard (and there are still plenty of overseas players in the Northern teams...too many, imo).
Back on topic, I will continue to support LB wherever they play...they are my club and that's it.
Wish I supported a club that was likely to win something (or even win their home games would be nice)

Which pub you going to drink in next?
Do you genuinely think Salford are within the SC, no genuinely, and they are situated in the lower end of the Manchester 'living market'.
Do you honestly think this sport is truly honest and open (and fair). Should the Bulls have gone bust, Wakey have been propped up, im sure there's plenty more we dont know about.
Have you heard of industry terms such as London living allowance or similar and ever thought it may or could apply to London Broncos? just a thought.
Enjoy the new pub ambience

Which is surely what will happen after next season.
It's inconceivable that we would be allowed to avoid relegation by buying in loads of talented Polynesians etc. The howls from the north would be loud and, on this occasion, justifiable. This exercise now is pretty obviously aimed at ensuring that there are 14 clubs in SL next season.
We won't be able to compete but perhaps we'll do the next best thing and have a team that will entertain.
