| I like it too. Looks particularly good against the back ground of the seating in the Stoop. Much better than any of the shirts we've had for the past few years.
I bet that old reactionary, Rupe, would really like this design.  |

Not quite sure what Broncos shirt it was based on.. The old away one from Brentford that used to have that safely something as a sponser??
I think it's a horrible shirt, imo looks rubbishly designed.
Poor attempt at an old Broncos one imo, I liked our old shirts aswell.

The thing that really bugs me about that shirt apart from the horrendous colour scheme (forget trying to argue its "Broncos" colours), is that there are 3 hideous sponsors logos without transparent backgrounds. Looks awful and very unprofessional, a rush job, IMO of course.

Why forget trying to argue it's Broncos colours? It IS Broncos colours!  I'm bloody delighted to see our old colours making a re-appearance - rather than all these failed attempts to make the pastels wearable.
The shirt is based on this one: news.bbc.co.uk/olmedia/330000/im ... iah150.jpg
and is a damn good job if you ask me, namely because it has two major advantages over the original. Firstly it has a nice round collar and secondly it doesn't have Virgin written on it!
The original we wore for one season at the Stoop and one season at Charlton, never at Brentford, and for some of us that period has some happy memories attached such as a trip to Wembley for instance. The Broncos colours may not be to everyone's taste but they are pretty unique and er... have you seen what we've been wearing for the last four seasons???  |

I could remove the background too. Magic wand...
I assume it was done on purpose. Doesn't bother me. I have NRL shirts that are similar. |
