Disappointed to lose him?

It's a shame we're losing him, I'll be sad to see him go as I think he is an exciting player (some may disagree with me though)
As well as being a product of Quins Academy, he's been really good for us over the last couple of seasons, scoring vital and sometimes match winning tries. I think he started well this season but has lost a bit of his sparkle in the last few games. When he's on form he is an excellent player, very quick, a good eye and normally solid handling although if I recall correctly in the last few games he's missed or dropped a few passes. When he has the bit between his teeth though and he starts a run he can be unstoppable and wont surrender easily in a tackle.
Thought he had been linked with Hudds a few weeks ago though.
I think this may be one of many confirmed departures still to be announced...along with Louis etc

I'm undecided about him at the moment but at the same time, still glad we've got him on board as it strengthens a position in which we're weak. I'm hoping he isn't the only player we sign from you either; it'd be nice if LMS wants to follow in Sharp's footsteps!

In the last few games he's had what I'd call an "unsettled" look about him probably due to the goings on at the Club this season. I think the move would actually do him good before he comes back to us in 2013 to get his SL champions medal

a lot of rumours about LMS heading to hull aswell, not sure if thats got any basis in reality, or just wishful thinking. (Look on the "rumours" thread on the hull board, someone has managed to connect us with just about every player at every club.

We are in ongoing negotiations with LMS, nothing confirmed either way yet.

Kind of resigned to losing him a few weeks back, so not surprised, but still very disappointed. Really like Will and he'd be an asset to any team.

Combined with the departure of Orr, the imminent departure of Louie it's not a great trend either.

Will has lived "oop north" (Bradford way, I believe and his dad lives up there too).

Shame to see Will go but best of luck to him. Couldn't meet a nicer guy.

Guess we should say well done to Quins for producing players that other clubs want to sign. Conversly, it doesn't say much for Hull that they need to come down here for players. Thought a club in a rugby mad city would be able to manage more than half a dozen of their own in their first team (ditto HullKR).

6 try's in 26 games is not exactly a great performance considering 3 were in the game against catalan

He is the kind of player who seems to have a lot of potential but always seems to come up short with above average brain farts

TBF, it's been that sort of season where nobody has had great performances.

Very depressing news. Lack of news about any replacements mean an even thinner squad for next season surely and another season propping up the rest of the league. Just had a thought - does this mean we're the strongest club in the SL ? (awaits the flood of 'don't give up your day job' replies)
