Michael Jennings might want to come for the same reason every talented Aussie or Kiwi does: (1) the money; (2) the chance to live in London; (3) the chance to travel around Europe in the off season.




No defence is the A-factor which is definitely needed before everything else. But that is a problem that lies in part with the coach, and in part with some of the players.

Jennings provides the x factor because he has acceleration that few other centres have. With this he can make line breaks that few other centres can.

How can people contemplate signing players who can't tackle. isn't conceding 40+ points a game enough for you?

Do you seriously think he would get to play Origin if he couldn't tackle? Staying off the beer is his biggest problem.

There wouldn't be many players in England fast enough to tackle him. Much too good for us, move along.
