Shaun Briscoe is a man who'll bring a wealth of experience to Widnes' backline and is someone I've always liked, Anthony Watts looks to be a very good signing (despite him picking up an injury), Rhys Hanbury is another I liked watching and is a decent player, Scott Moore will be playing at 9 as he did in his best spell of his career at Huddersfield, Paddy Flynn will score tries at Super League level, Jon Clarke brings masses of experience and out wide with Isa and Ah Van they look strong. Admittedly, their pack looks weak compared with some squads but Winterstein, Moore, Watts, Finnigan and Clarke should be able to do enough to be beating, or running close, against the likes of Salford, Wakefield, Bradford and Broncos.
