Perhaps it should be reinstated -let them be hacked.

IP addresses from the vast majority of broadband suppliers - including Karoo who are pretty much the sole supplier in and around Hull - are dynamically allocated. In other words, unless you specifically request and pay for a fixed IP address you'll have a different one every time you log in, so tracing an IP address is pointless. The 'troll' account didn't use B0NES IP address because he doesn't [ihave[/i a single IP address.

And thats why he isnt banned.
