Bailey's ability on the pitch is not the issue, rather it is Bailey managing to successfully appeal against a one match ban for an offence he has been found guilty of and warned about before because, as your own coach pleaded in the appeal, Leeds' next game is a big one.

The RFL are a laughable organisation that bring ridicule upon themselves and they more than any other body are the reason why League wont expand. They're a joke. They show no conviction with persistent backtracking on decisions via the appeals process and they couldn't organise a wazz up in a brewery. They make themselves look stupid. They are stupid. And they're in charge!

The plus with Bailey is that he doesn't need to resort to the silly fighting 99 times out of 100. You can rattle and wind up to get the desired effect without windmill impressions.

Brown shouldn't have faked injury. It was one on one and he followed through with another over the shoulder when company arrived. Take from that what you will.

As for LOD, TMFMISL clocked him running in from the side and obviously thought 'I need to get one in first here' and he did. Hence the famous photo doing the rounds. I have no problem with Bailey's actions here, LOD is famous for the cheap shot. What was he running in at pace to do? We all know.

Remember after all this your coach wanted your pack to 'knock him out and SOME' - they had their chance and failed in their coaches eyes. Not alot more to add on this.

Ok first of all Bailey really is wasted in rl if he has the gift of knowing whether someone is faking or not.
Second I recall that lod wasn't the first on the scene to have run over plenty of leeds players got there first but noone else got punched.
Third again baileys premonition of what lod was going to do- probably pull kev out of a pasting (likes picking on small guys does Bailey)
Lastly what was said was that lod might as well knock him out next time since he got sent off for doing FA.
Glad we got that sorted.

To be fair to Bailey its only the third time hes been picked up for it hes due another few before his final warning!

I have not watched the game on the box yet but at about 5 mins to go in the first half Bailey took the ball up and jumped straight into the tackle. Will have to watch it later.

He has to face a ban this week IMO. There were 2 occasions where the raising of the knee seemed to be intentional; one of them he caught Crabtree in the groin.

No chance , he got let off this week cos it was a ' big game' , next weeks is even bigger so Hetherington and Mcd will be demanding flowers and chocs off the RFL.

He did it twice last night, the worst of the two catching Crabtree in the knackers - I believe he complained to the ref about it at the time.

Doesn't matter though - Brian Mac has admitted he does it and that they're working on getting him to stop, so there will be no ban. Together, they've made a joke of the RFL again and yet, there are unlikely to be any consequences.
