Another try from Ferres anytime and 25/1 may not be seen for a long time (as with Lunt's 40/1 v Saints and now looking at 12/1 week in week out despite yet to score first or last

A little sly bet on Kopzack to score 2 or more at 66/1 could be interesting (might not cop this week but if those odds stay all season I think there is a fair chance it will come in once or twice along the way).

great win today for us, so much grit in defence and it paid off, wigan had an extra man in childs (wrong end of the penalty count again)

Leroy first half defence was absolutely crucial for us today. What was the fight about? I just saw an elbow come up and down three times like a jackhammer, couldn't see who's arm - either brough or chan.

Cudjoe has been immense for us in defence all games so far this season, and his offload to Jerry was sublime

Second half defence was key for us today IMO. First half we let Farrell have too much room. We learned though and caught on to their missed-man pass and went for the man behind with Brough, Smurf, Jerry & Leroy all making crucial tackles.

Hunger was key. When Matty Smith was all alone 8m out they all jumped on him! Excellent defence.

Power to Ferres too, who I thought was shot just moments before. True, he was shot, but so were Wigan and he made it!

In the second half when he offloaded to Jerry , Cudjoe would have been better hanging on and going for the line. He would, IMO, have scored.

I said that at the time, if he had pushed for the line he would have scored himself, got his arm free and just had to reach out

You could just see the brain cells in Ferres' head trying to decide "Shall I just die with the ball or shall I make an effort"!!!!

I thought Cording had a terrific game, justifying the faith Anderson appears to have in him.

i read on here somewhere that cording's defence wasn't that good, i thought him and fairbank were superb yesterday,especially in defence and put some real big hits in.

cording went well yesterday . one or two missed tackles but stood up well, anderson has certainly given him a chance and deserves credit for that.. hes doing ok and keeping his place

I really pleased cording got his first try. Hes a really nice lad and by all accounts a really hard worker. Potential monkey off his back in getting his first try and not having to do the nude run- pressure off the lad now he can just concentrate on his rugby.

Cording played well but you can tell he is not used to long stints on the pitch. He was out on his feet and probably should have come off five minutes earlier as he had started dropping of tackles.

What is great about yesterday is we no longer rely on overseas players
Yesterday there were only two overseas, one Cumbrian and 14 West Yorkshire born players in the 17.
