Can't believe I'm doing this but can vouch that desertdudds is a genuine name and not a dummy one.

you do know IP's change about don't you, when I was a mod I'd ocassionaly check my IP and regularly see accounts that had nothing to do with me attached to them. C\an't help thinking you've jumped the gun a little on this one.

Don't know if I understand this correctly, but if I use a public PC (library or learning establishment) - wouldn't it have the same IP, so you couldn't tell (apart from my user name) if I or someone else had posted. There is a learning establishment at the KC and people can "hot desk" in the council offices there?

Bones' account wasnt banned because of the dynamic IP issue. The Troll account was, given the evidence was there it's sole purpose was for trolling.

Didn't see anything that broke the AUP.
