I think it looks like leeming will have to do another big stint with only Hinchcliffe who can sub him. I also think we will go with four forwards on the bench so we can do that-hull are a big side and I don't see how having a rookie FB out on the bench would be a useful substitution.

I think with the squad we have your selection looks about right brearley. Agree with Jools though I'd maybe go for Tyler on the bench rather than a back. And again I'd prefer Darnell for Ormsby but can see Stone going for whatever experience he has available.

Our bench is going to be very weak whatever. Mason has either done something to annoy Stone or he must be injured!
I'm not expecting to get the two points from this as I feel there's too much disruption to our squad. I'm just hoping that our youngsters get the opportunity to shine and show their potential.

Probably not mate. Gaskell been doing well at FB and we have our 3 centres Cudoe/Mellor/Wood available. If Stone was going to put Darnell at FB infront of Gaskell he would of done it against Widnes surely?

If he plays I think it maybe on the wing. If he doesnt get his chance this week I really dont see him him playing at all this year - especially with Mamo coming back in the next couple of weeks. He deserves his chance more than Ormsby in my opinion.

Looking forward to the game. As a Hull fan living near Wakey it's any easy one for me to get to, but I do wonder why it's being played on a Thursday night. This is likely to put a few off travelling across and there are usually a fair few that do travel.

It had to be re-scheduled so the wendyball softies would have a pristine pitch so that the Geordies wouldn't be able to blame the pitch for spoiling their perms and suntans.

Going to be a very youngish and inexperienced team tonight, lets hope the young guns can put up a good show similar to the one back in 2009 at St Helens when we fielded a very weakened team the week before challenge cup final, great effort that night losing by only 12-10 and losing Danny Kirmond with a serious injury in the first half
