about 8 of us going, hopefully a few more! I think we have a really good chance of beating them (as we have twice already this season), only annoying thing is the time between games not being long enough, hope our boys recover quickly as Saints was a tough game!

Anyone got any idea how bad Brough is? I've only really heard rumours on here. Nothing official

He was still struggling on Fri in the players bar, my Dad said he might have to have a testicle removed - if that's true then he'll be out rest of season I imagine?? (I'm not up to speed on recovery for that kind of thing

This draw is no harder than any other. If anything playing last years champions away from home should minus the pressure on us as they will be favourites.

Last week was one of the best I've seen our forwards start a game. We really muscled up. We lacked decent speed spreading the ball out wide... Which was understandable with our best halfback missing and then the loss of Robbo.

If we get the bodies back and our forwards muscle up again it's a very winnable game.

I'm looking forward to it.

so they cant pick wigan if they win, but if we lose then they can pick us.

i would think they would pick us rather than warrington or leeds.

saints have beaten leeds twice this season I think - so could pick them - (IF they get through!)

We did ourselves no favours and made it harder, what a load of rubbish. We went out and played well against a good Saints team and won. If we'd lost we'd be playing Saints again, but at that time we could've been playing Widnes in a knockout game (our only home game) and a poor display could lead to us being out. Instead we've continued to build our winning momentum on the pitch, got a decent chance of beating Wigan away which will lead to a week off and another home game and a cracking chance of getting to Old Trafford. If we lose to Wigan then we've got another bite of the cherry against one of the bottom 4 teams at home with a very good chance of getting through to the semis. Whatever happens though if we are going to get to Old Trafford then we've got to beat some very good teams to get there and if we're being honest there's no easy way to get to Old Trafford.

I think there is a lot of over-complicating going on. Looking at who beat who in the League, who we could have been playing if we'd finished in another position, who we might play if we lose, who we might play if we win...none of it matters.

All that matters is being the best team on the day and we should be confident about being able to that. Win 3 games & we're Grand Final winners. It won't be easy but that's the point to being able to call yourself Champions.

Win our next two games and we're in the final

at least we wont have to face warrington in those two games

still cant beat them!

if we beat wigan and leeds we fully deserve it

If we lose against Wigan but cas beat saints then its possible we'll get Warrington!

I was nervous enough about our chances tonight and then watched Super League Back Chat only to find Rod Studd tipping us to win the Grand Final and Stevo even suggesting he'd join in with a few quid on us. Not what I wanted to hear with the cr*p those two talk!

They may speak some bull but just shows how far the Giants have come in the last few years.

Quite right - a very good measure of our progress. To think most of now consider reaching the last 4 of the Play-Offs as the minimum expectation it's amazing the progress we've made over the last few years. It always makes be smile when you see some of the criticisms and moans we all post on here and think only 5 or 6 years ago we'd barely of believed we'd be moaning about such things - in many ways this season typifies that. At Top 3 finish and most of us have been disappointed about the way we have performed!
