Wood and Dickinson deserve to keep their place from Widnes performance, but will they? probably not. Gaskell will retain his place at centre and Walne will probably be brought in for Dickinson, if he isnt crocked still.

Knowing Stone, Wood will miss though. Any justice Gaskell should miss out as Wood has much better defence and can put a big hit in.

Well this game is clearly exciting people. 9 comments - 5 by one person. There’s not even a thread on the Kr board. I expect a win. I’m not convinced we will get one.
The weather forecast isn’t good- so if brough has his feet on the right way round it could be a big positive for us.
I hope to see plenty of effort, few penalties conceded by us - a desire to defend our line for the full 80 minutes and NO score for the opposition within 5 minutes of any hooter sounding.

He certainly deserves a chance. Murphy has been poor in quite a few games this season and average in others.

Will be gutted if Wood misses out after his performance last week, but half expecting it.

That first half was awful. Where is the improvement In The last two years? Cause I’m struggling to see any.

Was that seventeen or eighteen tackles in their twenty without coming close to scoring?

Awful awful awful. Please no more of stone- IF we even manage to avoid the drop! Pass down line, man round back, pass down line, man round back. All the defence have to do us mark their man. Our attack relies on a man missing a tackle for us to score- how amateurish.
If this is improvement stone has brought then I’m a Dutchman. I’m sorry but surely folk can’t defend him anymore - two years and we’ve not improved- could even be said we’ve gone backwards.
No stone doesn’t drop the ball, give away penalties or miss tackles- but it’s our (lack of) attack that’s losing us games as with all the territory we have had in games we should not be losing.
I’d like to hear those stone lovers give their opinion please.

wow, have you got stomach ache, with all those sour grapes - you were humiliated mr wigsey lol......

But you didn't dominate us for 80 minutes, and that's the most galling aspect of the loss. We spent a lot more time in your 20 than you did in ours, and just like against Saints and Wakefield utterly failed to score any points at all from the vast amount of possession we had there. Before you go thinking your defence is the best on the planet, this has happened to us in virtually every game we have played this year. The only time we score points is when the opposition fail to deal with a kick or drop the ball cold and we scamper over.

What was impressive was your attack, you showed us EXACTLY how to move the ball and create chances, something our coaching staff/playing personal have absolutely no clue how to do and i applaud you for that.

The issue is there is simply no quality in any of the pivotal positions and a complete lack of basic skills from the halves and full back. Added to that the left side defence was woeful.
You can put in as much effort as you want but you won't win games without quality. Added to this no one backs up the runner and today the first runners were making plenty of ground. I really felt sorry for the forwards. Taai, Ikahifho, Hinchcliffe, Clough, Roberts and Ferguson all played really well.

Absolutely in regards to the forwards, they have been a match/more than a match for virtually every team we have played laying a great platform. What happens afterwards is a shambolic keystone cops style charade in the oppositions 20. The coaching staff however are so happy with this exciting brand of attacking flair that they have subscribed to it for another year with the resigning of Brough!
