He didn't stamp. You have to lift your leg up and then bring it back down hard to make a stamp (unless we're talking about the things we stick on envelopes). That wasn't a stamp. It was a press. And I would imagine a gentle press too, because Mace is that kind of guy. Just wanted to show Fielden some [ilurve[/i, and it worked.

Re Mason if he gets a ban for standing on a player then Tompkins should get one for standing on Fa alogos hand. Check it out at 15mins 37 on the clock just before Tompkins gives away his penalty. he had no need to step out with his foot towards fa alogos back hand other than to foul him.

IMHO this has been brewing since our last wigan game and the failure of the ref to control the players then.
