Can't really give you an answer on that unfortunately, as all previous times our club has been used have been for Salford Reds fixtures. That has depended on the weather and the actual opponent. Salford v Wigan was our best "fixture" and we were full, but you can imagine that the Salford v Catalan was a lot quieter.
Challenge Cup Semi-final is something new to us and I suspect will be a sell-out - coupled with a strange kick-off time of 5.30pm!
Can only suggest that you get your mate to pull his finger out and head down the M62 a little earlier
