I was wondering whether it would be an idea to sign Baloo up on a longer term deal. I know that lots of fans have ben impressed with him and have suggested he could be the next coach.
If that was the case would it be a good idea to see if we could send him over to australia for 3 to 6 months to work with one of the teams there to develop his skills before coming back here and maybe taking over from Brown. ( maybe strengthen our links with the Wests Tigers).
It would seem that some experience of the Australian system pays handsome benefits in respect of being a good coach over here.
