Reading the comments by the Fax fans there are lots who want to know exactly why he has left and so they should, but surely Matt Calland has a reaponsabilty to the fans to tell the real reason or reasons for his sudden departure as much a the club.

Doubt that very much. Noble was part time, very part time, helping out at training sessions when his schedule allowed. I doubt the club would get rid of a full time coach to leave us with one who turns up when he can - especially when we're fighting to be in the play offs.

I suspect there's more to it - not least inactivity on last day of transfer market. Maybe the straw that broke the camel's back?

I am a Fax fan and I don`t want to know why he`s gone .I thank him for the the good times he has given us and wish him nothing but the best for the future but I am not interested in why he`s gone. The decsision that has been made has been with the best interest of the Club by people who know the full facts of the situation and that is good enough for me.I see this as a positive thing for all of us players , fans and most of all the Club.
Nobody can be content with just treading water we have to improve ourselves continuously and sometimes hard descisions have to be made in the best interest of the Club.
