No just don't think he offers enough to the team, and is suspect under the high ball. Id like to see pownall get a run there, we need to get his hands on the ball as much as possible in a game, he could run riot at fb.

Although others were in attendance I think he was responsible for the last ditch ball nicking/try saving tackle on our line on Sunday.

Each to their own I’d guess, but he’d be in my team.

McNally is solid as a rock, links up well in attack and has made some great try saving tackles as the last man in defence.

I was a little bit doubting about McNally when we first signed him, but he's been top class from the first minute. Can't knock him at all.

Mcnally's partner/wife is expecting any day now, so he may be othetwise engaged. Hope he does play.

Team apparently is same 17 as played against Hunslet.

McNally is a quality FB but if he doesn't play toneet for family reasons I think it's a blessing in disguise. Brierley will get the a full 80 under his belt & we'll be able to rotate hookers which IMO is one of the things we're missing out on in terms of impact attacking interchanges. Us having a half back on the bench is giving teams the upper hand in terms on impacting interchanges. We've played our best rugby with interchangeable hookers & we'll see the best of Penky this way.

McNally was outstanding last night,no need for any change at full back,even the ever so "slightly"biased haven fans ageed,even tho the ref gave them nothing all game lol

don't forget the amount of times we were offside and every pass was FORRARD even the ref started to believe them in the 2nd half

McNally had a blinder last night one of his best performances if not the best performance for us. Last season he was pretty solid but I felt he shied away at times returning the ball but certainly not now keep it up lad

In his half time team talk , the Haven Coach Mr Woods , said we where offside at every play the ball

Ive just finished watching the Game for a second time ,and thought all 17 of our players played very well



everyone gave 100%, our pack was outstanding in bad weather conditions , personally i think when the firm pitches arrive , it will suit us even more ,Penkys arrival has been a blessing , and i tip Riddy for a very good season this year .

Radio Cumbria did mention that 'once or twice'
