Widnes fans said the same about Mills and he was superb for us last season..........so a change of clubs and coach works for some players....this as been the case with Ostick TBH.

Happy that he`s with us next season and he will only get better with more competition in the front row.

It's horses for courses with every player and they are all asked to do a certain job.
Ostick for Fax was asked to do a low risk, carry the ball forward with no offload type game which I thought he did.
Addtionally when he was with us the rest of the pack weren't exactly running over people last year.
With Leigh this time round he has been alongside other big forwards who share the work load where he has not been isolated so much.
That makes a big difference on how someone will perform when your buddies are doing their bit hence why he has looked better and is better with the Leythers.

I just hope Brachek doesn't turn out to be a penalty machine, that is the one side to his game that let's him and the team down.

Watched Brachek a few times this season on Premier Sports and he is a different class to any other forward I've seen in Champ1 TBH.........he`s a wasted talent playing in that league (no disrespect to Champ1 clubs).

Bracek was a good performer in SL at Warrington. Since then I feel he's lost his way a bit. I think a move to Leigh would have been good for him, just as I'm sure a move to 'Fax will be.

Bracek of course may well say He's signing and then on his way to sign might change His mind and sign for a rubbish team for more money, who knows , either way I'm not d ,just as long as that moaning whining Penky doesn't end up at the sports village Peawapp will be quite happy.

I for one would have liked to have kept him,rumoured too want to go part time to enable him to study.
I was among many on our board who were not sure when we signed him,but he has won me and most of the others over.
Never gives less than 100%,a real grafter.
Played in a few positions for us,back row and prop for certain.

Along with Penky and Finni , Aspinwall is a another top class singing it shows where the Leigh Club are aiming with the lads already signed for next season ,Paul Rowley and the coaching staff are getting together a really class outfit which will take some stopping , I for one can't wait until next year

Great signing for you guys, done very well for us this year. Predominantly played through the middle for us as a 13 but played prop when needed. Hits well above his weight too, I'm disappointed we didn't keep him, you won't find a Hull fan speak badly of him.

Hope they send us Tom Briscoe on a season long loan too.

'fax fans are pooping it a bit after this (quality) signing and our capture of Andy Ellis.

I can't wait to see him in a Leigh shirt, he's gonna smash this league.

If Aspers plays in pack next season , we are going to be spoiled for choice which again can only be good for the Club after the injuries we suffered this back-end , i must admit we are looking very strong now , and need to be to challenge Fev , im a big Jonny P , and like Ste Maden , but i feel we need a winger now , as we have ample whingers

The fact that most Hull fans I know would liked him to have stayed speaks volumes.
