mine said there was no response from the server, now it's saying cannot connect

Having problems too now, refreshed the page and it hasn't come back on. Page took about 5 minutes to load and then wouldn't play for some reason. Had great coverage for 1st 35 minutes though. Trying again now.

Did someone wiggle a wire somewhere? It's all working for me now.

I've now got the radio, but no Leigh Life

tried to listen to game but unable to get on web site,think the site may have crashed due to amount of people listening

It kicked me out in the second half and I couldn't it to load again. Thankfully, it saved me from listening to the last 15 minutes though.

Was when trying to get on to Leigh life site - kept taking ages thinking about it before not letting me on. Could have been demand I guess - I'll try earlier next week.

Followed scores on twitter and finally got on in 2nd half when we were 22-0 up. Thought my problems were over - unfortunately the team had other ideas. Maybe I should have just gone for the lie-in option after all...

Sounded good quality again though guys - keep it up.

We'd like to apologise to all those people who couldn't get on today or lost their connection but it wasn't due to demand or anything like that, it was due to the fact that we kept losing our connection at the stadium.

When we got there we discovered that there was an open internet connection that we could use so we connected onto that, however, because I'm always going from site to site keeping everyone updated, we quickly discovered that I kept losing the connection. At this point I thought that rather than rely on a dodgy connection I'd use my dongle, only to discover that there was absolutely no signal on that at all (both me and Pete use '3connect') so had to rely on the dodgy connection which of course affected the broadcast (Pete doesn't browse whilst he's using the radio so it wasn't obvious from his PC what exactly the problem was).

The result of this was that those folks who came on late struggled to get on and then about half time when we completely lost our connection so did everyone else and then everyone struggled to get back on (including me).

(We still managed to get about 120 listeners during the game BTW)

Anyway, we've now sort of decided that unless we can be guaranteed a proper connection at away grounds we probably won't do any more. We know that we can do the job well at the LSV but we don't want to offer a service then fail to deliver when it counts, especially when it's because of something beyond our control.

BTW I thought Dave did an excellent job, flying solo on the commentary.

I guess we had a bad day at the office but just in case I didn't make it clear in my last post, when I said we probably won't be doing any more, I only meant the away matches. We'll definitely still be doing all the home games.

Mishmash, we could not get onto the Leighlife site, never mind the radio comms. I could get comms directly via android phone however. Sounds like a bandwidth or server problem on Leighlife server.

We've not managed to look at the site stats yet and on reflection that was probably part of the problem but (as of yet) we're not sure why, because we only had less than half the listeners as we did at the Wigan game and we had no bandwidth or server issue then. It could possibly have been an issue with the hosting site but we won't know till we can check tomorrow.

I think they should be called "Grizzley Disley and Sparky Parky". Showbiz names.

The wifi at Doom Valley is awful, just like everything else there to be fair.

FWIW the guys doing the commentary were sat just behind me and I thought they did a superb job
