) and then I've plans for another new one, hopefully in time for the Barrow game on Sky.

Flags are great, but I do feel we now need to somehow try to get all supporters involved.

Perhaps individual placards with Murphy flag one side and FFS wear cherry and white on the other

Is there anyway the flags could go on the back or will the stewards not allow it? Even though they look great you can't see all the flag where they currently are.

Me and Matt spoke about that on sunday but Matt thinks its a bit high to tie them up, although i did say we could give someone a peg up.

I think you should try - it's a shame that you can't see the whole banner, and it would certainly brighten that end up a bit.

If the stewards aren't keen on them being placed in an empty East Stand 'because they might blow on to the pitch' then I don't think they'd be too keen at a few of us shimmying up the North Stand! Agree that that would be the best position, but don't fancy the chance of them ending up there. Unless you fancy sticking them all over the rail at the top of the West Stand, mish?!

Think they should stay in the north stand to be honest Matt, well thats my opinion anyway.

Personally I think we are heading the way of RMI/Genisis if we are not careful

More flags than fans

I'd certainly hang one over the rails Matt. I was pointing them out to AT on Sunday and he was very impressed. I'll ask at the next home game.......and I think a couple hung up there for the televised games would look good too because you have quite a few to go at now eh?

Having just watched th'Owdum tries, I'd like to think that the flags contribute a small part towards the LSV even slightly feeling like 'home'. Some tweaks and additions to be made and it should look beltin' on the telly against Barra.

The flags look great Matt and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We need them there to brighten the place up, otherwise it would look dead....and I personally wish we had more. So all the whingers can just go and sod off.

Flags look great and certainly help it making LSV 'home'. They'll look great against Barrow on Sky.

Now's the time for us to stick together and help lift the club.

IMO we can either sit back and slag them off, or we can do our bit in the only way we can and show them our support, if for no one else AT deserves it.

We play Fev next they play in blue, its the ideal game for us to show we're Leythers.

Fred get Basil on this weeks TV slot and rally the Cherry and white troops.

Maybe it's the players who need to be showing their true colours - we did our bit for the umpteenth time yesterday. When fans start cheering and clapping cr@p performances we become a laughing stock - remember Swinton fans topless in the rain at HP - their team was so bad that they resorted to those antics. I felt sorry for them and I don't want us to become a poor team with a barmy set of fans.

Agree completey Glow let sing our hearts out for the lads on Sunday, COME ON LEYTHERS, and as you say wear our home colours.

But why do you remember the Swinton fans, why do Saints remember us and the infamous "we only want one try"? because we/they stuck by our team, its what being a supporter is all about.
