Well Jimmy Ledgard was an outstanding player and Goalkicker and a fine man too! He played for over ten years for Leigh and was a full International and GB vice Captain( he was a pretty good Joiner too)


I too liked Geoff Clarkson. There aren't too many good things to come out of Yorkshire however, these two defied that trend

Last few years Kay was a firm favourite before letting himself down, Greg Worthington had a great finish to his spell and left with the full support of the fans/club.

In my opinion Greg Worthington is not SL class. We will see in a couple of seasons if Charlie is right.

I am well aware who his present coach is but Yes i only deal in facts, quite correct. Kay's attitude and petulant behaviour at Leigh was dissapointing at times and he was pulled on it by his current coach as well, believe me.

I think it is safe to say my facts have always proved to be just that , unless you can point me to a fact stated by me that was proven to be incorrect anywhere previously on this board?

I get my facts by being party to every single event on any given day at any given time. Each event is recorded to ensure my facts are just that, is there any other way of getting facts. I hear some rely on disenfranchised players chatting to them as fact, is the moon really made of cheese.
