The fixtures leading into the 8's aren't kind are they



If we do well in the cup like this year and have to integrate a few Sunday-Wednesday-Sunday catch up matches at the end of the season we could well be shattered again come the business end.

Also, why do we play Swinton at home at 8pm on a Thursday?

Think it's because of Superleague Fixtures on good Friday could affect our attendance.

I don't mind as transport links are better on a Thursday than a Bank Holiday.

Some folk are never satisfied, I'm sure if we write to the RFL they will let us pick our fixtures and in which order, we have to do as every other team does play each other twice, let's get on with it ,with the quality players we have next season it should be a 3rd League Leaders trophy,let's whup Fax and the Bulls.

I think we'll lose more than once in the league this year, as we've now learnt it isn't the be all and end all. Plus I think we'll lose at Odsal in Febuary, a difficult enough place at the best of times never mind in the middle of winter. An early defeat will then stop dreams of a record breaking winning run & we can just get on with the normal season. Honestly think loseing so few was part of the problem, didn't know how to shrug off a defeat and move on.

Everyone should appreciate, by now , that the league is only a qualifying competition. We didn't last season so hopefully the penny has dropped that bragging rights we accumulated due to our excellent league results meant sod all when the meaningful games started.

Well I think most of our away games in February will be postponed because the weather forecast for February and March is dire.
