Some good choices on the list but for me only Hi Ho Silver Lining has the potential to become our anthem.

Don't think Silver Lining gets the blood pumping for the battle ahead IMO. Its more of a celebration song - maybe play it after hooter goes when we have won?

How about Conquest of Paradise by Vangelis? Have heard it used at football but can't remember which club uses/used it

Before any manc jump down mi throat i'm sugesting we sing this,but the leeds song marching on together sound very easy to sing loud and proud to.

Leighs music will always be "Entrance of the Gladiators " it was for years , not all these new songs ,im not an emotional bloke , but at a recent Funeral for a Leigh stalwart ,the Gladiators music was played at the end ,and it really moved me .

A couple of seasons ago even Wigan played it ,so we must be right , for me the music MUST STAY

Blue moon, Delilah, etc, are not songs that get the blood pumping for the battle ahead, it’s the passion that the thousands of home fans all around the ground singing in unison that does that.

Some of the others on the list either don’t have words to join into or words that not everyone will know. (Or at least I don’t

Now this one really does give you the goose bumps and who cares if Wigan use it they use different ones any way as well to come out to ,also think Right Here Right Now is another good one ,as for Silver Lining not one for an entrance for me but should be played when we have won .

Maybe the club should try a different one over the next 4/5 home games and see which goes down the best with the fans?

It was a Leigh Anthem then and still should be ,Liverpool dont change their music , neither should we .

Its the same with all these "Ideas " people are coming up with , nowt wrong with them but "Ideas " that make money for the Club are BEST ,we need more fundraisers, guys like Don Boyle ,the Touchdown Club , and LISA ,to put cash into the Club ,not sitting around thinking who can come up with another idea .

Jonny the Leythers polls are amusing ,and good entertainment ,but lets stay focused on what is needed ?Cash being raised for our Great Club .

The best way to increase funding for the club, is simply more people through the gate, the more that do that, the more people you can then target for Lisa membership, Lotto, your Poker nights, shirt sales etc.

Times have moved on we play in a league going nowhere, the thrill of the ride is diminishing, the game is becoming less and less important it’s the event, the thrill of the occasion which we need to focus on, IMO the better the match day experience and the actual game is only part of that, the more likely you are of increasing the bums on seats.

Enter the Gladiator for me too, it's different and it's traditional, I couldn't care less what opposition fans think of it. Definitely sends chills down my spine in a way that Jeff Beck never will.

Really annoys me when people think that We will Rock you or the Boys are back in town is a great idea, bit predictable isn't it, these are the same people who probably go to a wedding and ask the dj for some abba or brown eyed girl....

As for Kasabian or Fat Boy Slim, that will soon sound dated if it doesn't already.

Dont get me wrong John , ive never been more happier now at the LSV , i love the place i couldnt wait to get out of Hilton Park ,as for the music , we are talking about music the Team runs out to ,i dont think anybody would sing to Jeff Becks song

,and how often have you heard the Whole Ground sing in Unison ?
