One of the most pleasing aspects of the announcement for me was that there was no messageboard talk about this beforehand - I think that is commendable on all sides - keeping mouths shut until the deal was done. For me it was a great surprise and it helped to make my day.

Glad to see he took it upon himself to ressurect the deal that both parties had tried their best to make a mess of by all accounts. We can't fault him for his commitment to his hometown club thats for sure.

Thats where he should end up Alan if his development continues at a pace he's set so far, but I think he will honour his two year contract first.

Agreed Fred - I think it's a tremendous coup for Leigh, to attract him to LSV, though. (along with the other good young Leythers that have signed)

lets hope he's under a long contract. and if we make him a better player we get some good money for him
