TBH - It has been very difficult for Ridyard to A) build confidence and B) find consistency as during the first 75% of this campaign everytime he played and we lost, he was always the scapegoat and dropped.
He has now enjoyed a relatively settled run in the side and improved considerably in each of the last 3 games. He has shown the confidence to take on the line more and posseses a nice step and a deceptive turn of pace to suggest he can be a shining light next year IMO. Especially given the stature of his potential HB partner and the quality of coaching that will now be afforded to him.
