He didn't fit in at Fax. Was always a step behind play and only got a game because Govin was injured (what a surprise). He looked like he was used to playing at a much slower pace. Will fit in perfectly at Leigh then

You take a player on loan from a SL team and you expect them to be quite good or at least better than what you have got. Unfortunatley for Tom he is neither. He struggled to look decent in a good team so i wouldnt be suprised if you lot are dissapointed in him. Another Thomas Coyle.

Anyone different is worth a try, however, I would have perservered with Ridyard.

I thought he would play at 9, or Watson to 9.
Ridyard did so much work defensively against Gateshead it was frightening, put players through gaps beautifully twice, play him and move Watson to 9.

Rowley does say in Journal that Ridyard needs a mentor to help him become the finished article and that he has been thrust into 1st team action and would like the chance to treat him a bit more carefully and protect him.

From me too and I,ll make my decision on wether he,s any good when I,ve seen him play.

Hope he can tackle and switch the direction of our play now and again. Now, that would be something to see.

Who made the judgement call to take Tom to fax, give him a week or so to settle and then when he did not pick up your playing methods - got rid of him half way through. What a sh*te coaching style.

TH is a nice kid and will give 100%. With kelly and Rowley building a bit of confidence and having more than 10 mins patience you may get the best out of the guy.

Watson at 9?? dont make me laugh. Hes too slow the hookers are meant to get you on a rold leafgve him at 7 and have Hemmingway at 6
