It would appear that NK is dealing more with the admin. side of running the team - such as player negotiations, structure of the playing set-up, etc. This leaves a coach to concentrate 100% on playing matters. |

I'm fine with that if thats the case I just don't think it's been made clear what his role is.
I thought it may have been a health issue but having seen the change in the players attitudes since Rowley took the reigns I'm guessing that wasn't the case. |
