TBH I think it depends on how you view sport.
My immediate thought to your scenerio is you work with what you have got , indirectly its tough as injuries happen but thats how you see how skilful your team really are.
If injuries kick in then the coaching tream try to work to rectify the problem.
If we are saying that everytime we get injuries we will use/need Wigans players it kind of defeats the object of being a seperate club IMHO.
I'd love to blame the RFL for this but in effect I don't think they said to Leigh you must link up with Wigan or anyone else, in fairness I suspect the RFL probably thought (like most others until Fridays announcement) that Leigh was a big enough club at this level not to need to rely on another professional RL club to compete in the Championship and was able to tap into enough resources to get players at whatever ages was required to play for the club.

Use the under 20s then they are there for a reason

MP's tell us they are going to change things when they want our votes and then they do whatever they want.

It doesn't matter what KR says it isn't a signed contract. Leigh will end up being Wigan's feeder club.

Not thick skinned enough I'm afraid! Am happily contemplating just chilling out and watching games and doing ****-all else.. Fifteen months ago I was really enthusiastic about improving 'communications'. Alright, I know the club could certainly improve them - although think back fifteen months to what they were like - but they're never going to be perfect, and even that wouldn't suit a good few people on here.

And just as an aside, why does the player pathway in the Wigan Borough need improving when it supplies more players than could fill both clubs, SL and the Championships are littered with Wigan produced players , is it really that bad?

Other than Spencer IMO there's no player the pies would offer better than what we already have. I'm happy enough with the squad we've assembled I just wished our board thought that way also.

You need to wake up quickly . The only club who will benefit from this is Wigan. Why on earth would any greedy SL club help a Champ club unless there was something in it for them. Wigan need a feeder club. Who better than Leigh with a fantastic stadium, excellent facilities, and they are jut down the road.
