I think something may have happened since she Tweeted it though, I've heard a rumour he isn't coming to Leigh or going to Castleford this year. I know we had a great spell off him but judging by some posts I've seen about his physical condition, this might not be a bad thing.

Ellis will go to Cas early after being released by Hull, according to Mark Taylor. Gutted.

I am totally baffled as to why the daughter of the Cas coach was adamant Jamie was coming to Leigh just a few hours ago. Very strange indeed.

Well apparently he was down at training tonight so maybe Katie has called it correctly after all.

Basil has taken him to Cas as of now so don't expect to see him with us again.

Perhaps Basil will want him match fit before taking him to Cas,
Either way it would be a huge gamble in such a important game to throw Jamie in without knowing so much as a move from his new team mates or on the flip how much real competitve game time Jamie has had.

That's the third time we've lost a player to cas, credit to pr for trying to get him back, maybe he'll be on dual reg / loan with us if the chase saga gets sorted out

Some of you really do need to know the rules re players eligibility for certain games especially the choo choo cup, for those that do not, they are that a player has to have played in any of the qualifying rounds PRIOR to the semi final to be eligible to play in the semi final or final.

Do you mean Rowley told the Daily Mail reporter that Ellis will now go to Cas with immeadiate effect ?

We are all aware he has signed a contract with them for next season. I had a phone call from a mate telling me that is what he had heard from someone in the "know" ie that Ellis had joined them for the rest of this season as well.

If he doesn't want to play for Leigh then sod off. I would rather stick with the players and coaching staff we have got who have done us proud all season. Come on LEIGH!!!!!
