If we do go down Championship can look forward to some small gates next season ,we will be missed for that big time ,as it said in programme Gateshead break record for gates last game speaks volumes question is can they afford to lose potential big gates ,i think not.

The Chairmen of the Championships must stand up and voice thir disapproval for this to change and some won't do that for fear of upsetting the RFL hierarchy. |

There are some amazing results by both of them, aren't there derek? However, there have been other factors at play, during the past few weeks:-
Batley - brought in a new coach, who seems to have motivated them.
Gatehead - brought in four NRL Aussies, including a GF winner from last season.
What I predicted a while ago, was that Toulouse would finish tenth and the ninth team would go down. That could well happen, now |

Down and deservedly based on on field performances.
No use complaining about Toulouse (that scandal was at the start of the season and the championship chairmen agreed to it) or Gateshead (again voice disproval at the start of the season, not now when it effects us most).
Any kind of rulechange (rumour permitting) is undeserved for a club that has only realised the gravity of the situation way too late.
Look at the points for and look at the clubs in the league- a shocking season 
We have sunk nearly as low as the last time Millward appeared, lets[i hope [/ihe can build from the bottom up and we have a good season winning games with players and officials giving 100% ALL season in Championship 1 (in fact at the end of the Haven game we should be planning to bloody half fill the LSV next season with offers and promotions - no holidays , no breaks , just bloody hard work is needed, we have 1 chance next year - fail then and its oblivion - look at Workington). |
