Got to disagree with you I`m afraid I have watched Widnes twice and they play boreing one man rugby that can be beaten if you throw the ball about a bit.Was not impressed with them to say they are a full time team I expected to come away from the games in awe of them .They were not super fit either so I don`t know whose in charge of fitness up there in short they looked very average and can be beaten I assure you.

a full time team means nothing unless its a good one, even though they (Widnes) aren't one. Neither are we, theres more strike in a box of matches than our team and more holes in our defence than a piece of Emmental cheese.

We always raise our game for Widnes, and I think it'll be more the case on Friday with Ned being in charge. This game could turn the 'drab' start of the season around or it could continue the demise

Well do you know something Eddie my view is defences on both sides were tops today. I am surprised at some Leythers reactions to the result although if I was a Widnes fan I,d be annoyed we had lost.

Defence wins games.Today ours was top notch.
Most Leythers however know this was a very good result from our point of view.
