Does it have to be lifted? Why can't it be on a frame on the floor, like pitch advertising? or Perhaps a framework fixed to the roof (if thats where its going) and a trailer type curtain?

The brackets for the poles are already there , this is a serious piece of kit we are talking about , the trailer body is 7 metres long not including the hitch

Could a frame work (in manageable sections) not be fitted into the brackets and then the sign to the frame?

As I've said previously to me this is a more worthwhile investment than another flag, this gets it out to the masses not the converted.

But to have a marketing strategy you need to dedicate someone to take care of it or it will fall apart at some point. That is another wage or wages. To print flyers and posters for each game is a £1000+. Most of our players are part time with other commitments and the others are probably doing the community stuff. Tell me if I'm wrong but did the club not recently have the players in the Spinningate Centre playing games with the kids? If you had a second job where you worked mostly in the evening and at weekends. Then were told you had to go and spend more time away from your familly and mates maybe for no pay ( i don't know if they get any thing I am just putiing a scenario together) would you be happy. The players are there to play rugby with the odd PR show if you ask me not to be used all the time for it.

Having seen how hard and how many hours some people at our club put in I feel they need defending sometimes. Like I said before they are coming back slowly. When the stayaways come and see trys like todays, in surroundings like we have they'll be back.
