Good performance at the moment from Fev but how bad are Barrow......Dessie won`t be a happy bunny over Easter.

Nothing has gone right for Barrow but Fevs backs have dominated.

Fev have been very impressive but Barrow have been dreadful, especially out wide.

It seems we only beat Fev because they had injuries according to Mr Powell ,well thats how I took it any road so I really hope we beat them on Easter Monday

Well no-one can say we would have won otherwise, but I'm sure you'd have sooner played us missing so many players and sustaining further injuries within the opening minutes of the game, - wouldn't you?? Injuries happen! But with so many out you'd have to agree that it made our task almost impossible on opening day???

Fev had loads of injuries when we played them. They now have 10 days off before they play us, while we have 2 games to play.
I expect us to get beat by atleast 50.....

Yes but we would have won them all more convincing without injuries.

Easter Monday it gonna be one hell of a game - Fev did have injuries a few week back but we'll have a chance to set it straight and beat them without their injuries on their own patch.

It will be a tough task though mate, no doubt about that.

Just change the leigh for halifax and i remember you posting the very same things last season when fax were the main competition.

regarding barrow, the D/C they have brought in are nowhere near as good as the players they already have.......and were all poor today....

i just wonder what that is doing to team morale, especially those players who didn't get the nod today...

I agree, and Ben Davies ..well he looked like a guy who didn't want to be there, on present form I can't see them making the top 4 this year.

RFF is very good at playing down how good his team is but you can tell with how he posts he's very confident in his team.

He is right,fev were the best team last season.

I thought you'd struggle a bit this season when you lost those two players but that is obviously not the case,you look really good again.

j.c. you obviously don't know me very well. Other than if we're playing an amateur side in the cup or a ch1 side in the NRC, I'm never "very" confident!!
Sometimes a little cautious, but I always try to be realistic. I thought we'd win last night but not like that.

Given the evidence so far, it's a Fev/Leigh 1/2 this year (in which order depends on how healthy each team remain).

I've watched Fev for far too long to ever be that confident in my team. Even when we're playing well I prefer the "we'll see" option compared with "we're going to smash em all over the park like last time" etc!!

That's just me.
